Post-Dispatch Cancellation

💎 Due to the nature of jewellery products, returns and exchanges are applicable only on select items.

Return Window

For eligible products, the standard return window is 3 days from the date of delivery. Please refer to the individual product page for specific eligibility details.

📦 Pickup Facility

If reverse pickup is available at your location, we will arrange it.

If not, the customer must self-ship the product to our official address.

💰 Return/Exchange Charges

Shipping or handling charges may apply depending on the case.

Refunds are applicable only for approved return requests.

Once we receive the product, it will undergo a quality inspection.

After successful verification, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product delivered by us.

Customized or personalized jewellery pieces are non-refundable.

Items must be unused and unworn.

Original tags and packaging must be intact.

The product should be returned in its original box with invoice.
